Apartment-Loft-Amsterdam-view

* Due to Amsterdam City Council regulation, we can only accommodate groups
of more than 2 people per apartment when they are from the same household or family.
We can accommodate families with a maximum of 4 children.


APARTMENT
on the 3rd floor (up to 4 persons)*.
Minimum lenght of stay is 7 nights.

of more than 2 people per apartment when they are from the same household or family.
We can accommodate families with a maximum of 4 children. 

LOFT-APARTMENT COMBO
on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floor (up to 8 persons)*.
Minimum lenght of stay is 7 nights.

* Due to Amsterdam City Council regulation, we can only accommodate groups
of more than 4 people in the Combo when they are from the same household or family.
We have 2 apartments and per apartment we can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 4 children.


GENERAL INFORMATION
Prices are excluding Tourist tax.
Upon booking we require a safety deposit of 250 euro for both the Loft and for the Apartment.
A deposit of 500 euro is required for the Loft-Apartment Combo.



Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 2:00 pm
Check-out: at 11:00am
Late check-out available upon request.

Please note the apartments are situated on the 3rd and 4th floor and do not have an elevator. In historic buildings in Amsterdam the staircases are steeper than most people are used to. However, if required a 'bell-boy service' is available for your suitcases upon request.

These are non-smoking apartments.

For people travelling with babies/small children please note that a baby high chair (Stokke TrippTrapp) is available as well as baby bed, baby duvet, baby changing mattress and baby bath (TummyTub). We would also be happy to recommend an experienced English-speaking babysitter if required.

Do you happen to have any special requests? Do you require a car park for your car, a bike, our small motorboat etc.? Please contact us with any of your questions and we will try to accommodate you as much as possible.

Cancellation Policy
The service fee is non-refundable. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given within 24 hours of check-in. A reservation is not officially cancelled until the guest receives a cancellation confirmation e-mail from Kobalt Inn.
